15. Expenses of the Court
The expenses of the Supreme Court (including the remuneration and allowances referred to in section 11 of this Order but less any sums that may be paid towards the expenses by the Governments of Montserrat and the Virgin Islands) shall, except as otherwise provided by agreement between the Governments of all the States, be borne by the Governments of the States in equal proportions; and the sums that are required by virtue of this section or any such agreement to be paid by the Government of any State are hereby charged on the Consolidated Fund of that State.
