7. Prohibition of sale of food in styrofoam and plastic food service container

(1) A person owning or in charge of a food business shall not sell or offer for sale on the food premises food in or with a styrofoam or plastic food service container specified under —
1. (a) Part A of the Schedule, from the 1^st day of August, 2021; (Amended by Act 8 of 2020)
1. (b) Part B of the Schedule, from the 1^st day of August, 2022. (Amended by Act 8 of 2020)

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,500.
