12. Penalties
Subject to the provisions of this Act a person who commits an offence under this Act for which no penalty is specially provided is liable on conviction thereof by a court of summary jurisdiction to a fine not exceeding $200 for each such offence and in default of payment to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months, and if the offence is continued after the conviction, then a further fine not exceeding $10 for each day on which the offence is continued after conviction.
