77. Debriefing of unsuccessful tenderer
A procuring entity shall immediately, on request of an unsuccessful tenderer, inform that tenderer of the reasons for which the tender, or application for pre-qualification, was unsuccessful where the request for such debriefing was submitted within 30 days of the publication of the notice under section 76(7).
