19. Offences by body corporate
Where a person committing an offence against this Act is a body corporate, the chairperson, president, the officers and every director concerned in the management of the body corporate, commits the same offence unless he or she proves that the act or omission constituting the offence took place without his or her knowledge or that he or she exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission thereof.
