2. Interpretation
In this Act —
“Agreement” means the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Saint Lucia on the transfer of prisoners;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for External Affairs, International Financial Services and Broadcasting.
