(1) The Superior General of the Presentation Brothers of Mount St. Joseph, Cork, Ireland, the Provincial Superior of the Presentation Brothers in the British West Indies, the local Superior of the Presentation Brothers' Community in the Island of Saint Lucia and the Bursar of the Presentation Brothers' Community in the said Island of Saint Lucia and their Successors in office are hereby created a body corporate by the name of “The Incorporated Trustees of the Presentation Brothers” (hereinafter called the “Trustees”) and by that name shall have perpetual succession, and shall and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in Saint Lucia, and shall have and use a Common Seal provided that such Seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees.
