All that area of land being 22.87 acres in extent situate at Vigie in the Quarter of Castries in the Island of Saint Lucia bounded on the North and North-East by the Sea, South-East by lands of the Government of Saint Lucia, South-West by the road leading from the Vigie Airport to the Lighthouse and West by lands of the Government of Saint Lucia, the whole as appears on a Plan of Survey thereof by W.J. Rodrigues, Land Surveyor dated 5 to 10 August 1950 and lodged in the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands on 19 August 1950 and recorded under No. 52 of 1950. Together with all the buildings and other structures erected thereon save the wooden dwelling house situate to the North-West of the Rackets Court which is the property of the Government of Saint Lucia and all other the appurtenances and dependencies thereof.
