(1) On receipt of an application under section 30, the Commission shall notify the Commissioner in writing and request of the Commissioner all material relevant to the particular complaint.
(2) The Commissioner shall, upon receiving the request under subsection (1), furnish the Commission with all material relevant to the complaint within 21 days.
