29. Rules by Commissioner
The Commissioner may make rules governing the procedures to be followed by officers of the Unit in receiving, recording, investigating, disposing of or otherwise dealing with complaints, and may require that all complaints be notified to such officers of the Police Force as the Commissioner may specify.
