(1) The Chairperson shall, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister a report of the activities of the Commission during that year and its recommendations, if any, and the Minister shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before Parliament.
(2) For the purposes of this Act, the financial year of the commission shall be any period of 12 months beginning on 1 January in any year.
