6. Police serving with armed forces
The Governor General may in case of war or other emergency, employ the Force, or any part of it, to serve in defence of Saint Lucia.
However, any part of the Force so employed shall continue to be under the command of the Commissioner of Police or such other police officer as the Commissioner of Police may appoint for that purpose.
