42. Injunctions
In addition to any other remedy provided by this Act, the Head of the Physical Planning and Development Division may in any case institute a civil action for an injunction by way of fixed date claims to prevent any person from violating the provisions of this Act, or to enforce any enforcement notice or stop notice, whether or not the Head of the Physical Planning and Development Division has exercised or proposes to exercise any of his or her other powers under this Act.
