33. Pest Control Operator

(1) A person shall not offer pest control services for reward unless that person holds a Pest Control Operator's Licence.

(2) The holder of a licence shall comply with—
1. (a) prescribed requirements relating to the application of pesticides and toxic chemicals; and
1. (b) any conditions that the Board may stipulate in the licence.
