28. Sale

(1) A person shall not sell in Saint Lucia a pesticide or toxic chemical unless that person holds a Dealer's Licence.

(2) The holder of a Dealer's Licence shall comply with—
1. (a) the prescribed requirements for storage, distribution, packaging and labelling of pesticides and toxic chemicals; and
1. (b) any conditions that the Board may stipulate in the licence.
