The Presbyter, the Assistant Presbyter and the Secretary of the Corporation and their Successors in office are hereby created a Body Corporate by the name of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (Saint Lucia) Incorporated and by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued, in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a Common Seal provide that such seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the trustees.
