(1) Before entering upon any premises as empowered by section 116(2) of the Constitution the Commissioner shall notify the principal officer of the department or authority as the case may be by whom the premises are occupied.
(2) The Attorney General may by notice in writing to the Commissioner exclude any specified premises or class of premises, if he or she is satisfied that the exercise of the power conferred by section 116(2) of the Constitution would be prejudicial to the security, defence or international relations of Saint Lucia (including Saint Lucia's relations with the Government of any other country or with any international organisation).
