16. Delegation
The Commission may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act, delegate, in writing to one or more of its commissioners or to the Chief Executive Officer, the power to carry out on behalf of the Commission, such functions as the Commission may determine except the functions specified in section 6(1)(f) and (g).
