Form of oath to be taken by the Commissioners, officers and employees
I, (name) swear and affirm that I
will well and faithfully carry out my duties and obligations under the National Utilities Regulatory Commission Act, 2015 and the Regulations, rules and instructions thereunder and that I will not without due authority in that behalf disclose or make known any matter or thing that comes to my knowledge by reason of my employment or office.
