(1) The Assembly shall consist of 9 members who shall be elected annually from among the voting members of the Baha'is in Saint Lucia and who or their successors in office, shall be the Trustees of the Baha'i Community in Saint Lucia.
(2) The Assembly shall give the Registrar of Companies annual notice of the names and addresses of the members of the Assembly.
