The National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Saint Lucia (hereinafter referred to as the Assembly) shall be and is hereby created a body corporate and by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in the State and shall have and use a common seal provided that such seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees of the Assembly.
