(1) No deed, bond, document or any contract or other agreement shall be entered into on behalf of the Baha'is without the approval of the Assembly.
(2) No deed, bond, document, contract or other agreement purporting to be executed by the Assembly shall be of any force or validity unless it is sealed with the common seal of the Assembly and signed by not less than 2 of the Members of the Assembly.
