(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint staff at remuneration and upon terms or conditions as it thinks necessary for the proper carrying out of the functions of the Authority under this Act.
(2) Staff appointed under subsection (1) shall perform duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.
