(1) A person shall not bring an action against the Authority, the Board or a member of the Board in respect of an act done in good faith under this Act.
(2) An act done under this Act shall not be questioned on the ground—
(a) of the contravention by a member of the Board of paragraph 14 of the Schedule; or
(b) of an omission, defect or irregularity not affecting the merits of the case.
