(1) A person employed by the Authority as a ranger or warden, may arrest without a warrant a person who commits an offence specified in section 27(1)(e) or 28(1)(a) or 28(1)(b).
(2) A person arrested under subsection (1) shall, for the purpose of all proceedings related to the arrest, be treated as if he or she were arrested by a police officer.
