31. Exemptions from closing hours in cases of emergency

It is lawful for the Accountant General or any public officer authorised by the Accountant General, in any case of emergency to grant a written permit authorising the holder of a licence to deliver from his or her licensed premises during the closing hours any quantity of liquor not exceeding the quantity stated on such permit.
