An applicant or any person objecting to the grant of a certificate, who may be dissatisfied with the decision of a licensing Board, shall have a right of appeal to the High Court; and in such event the provisions relating to appeals from magistrates contained in the Criminal Code or any Act amending the same shall apply to such appeal.
