3. Property of the Law Library
All the books, pamphlets, publications, documents and other property of any kind whatsoever now appropriated for the purpose of a Law Library and usually kept in the Court House at Castries in Saint Lucia, and all such property hereafter acquired for such purposes shall constitute the Saint Lucia Law Library.
