28. Conveyancing, etc., cost to be paid by authorised officer
All reasonable costs, charges, and expenses incurred by the owners of the land or persons interested therein for all conveyances and assurances of any lands purchased or acquired, and of any outstanding terms of interest therein and of deducing, evidencing and producing title to such lands, terms and interest, and of making out such abstracts and attested copies as the authorised officer may require, shall be paid by the authorised officer.
