The Livestock Officer before issuing a licence for an animal shall examine visually and may examine and test clinically such animal and he or she may, in the case of cattle, include any of the following tests—
(a) the single intradermal comparative tuberculin test;
(b) the brucella abortus serum agglutination test;
(c) such other tests as may be determined by the Governor General.
