4. Penalties
A person who commits an offence under this Act is liable, in the case of a first offence, to a fine not exceeding $100, and, in the case of a subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
