5. Power to amend Schedule
The Cabinet may by order amend the Schedule by adding or deleting any goods or commodities or by imposing any conditions as to the Cabinet seem fit.
However, any order made by the Cabinet under this section shall be submitted to the House of Assembly, and the House of Assembly may confirm, amend or revoke such order.
