2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Associated States” means those territories which have assumed and which maintain a status of Association with the United Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the West Indies Act, 1967 (Imperial) and includes the territories of Saint Vincent, and Montserrat;
“Comptroller” means the Comptroller of Customs and Excise;
“market area” means the Associated States;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for Customs and Excise has been assigned.
