85. Reward to informer and persons aiding

The Minister may direct that any portion of any penalty recovered, or any sum that he or she shall fix, shall be paid to any person who shall have aided in the detection or prosecution of any offence, or shall have given information leading to the seizure of any still or to a conviction under any excise law.
