76. Supply of lights and ladders
Every distiller must supply such lights and such ladders of sufficient length and strength as may reasonably be required by any officer searching for, examining, gauging or taking an account of any distillery apparatus, vessel, utensil, spirits or material on the premises, and in default he or she shall for each offence incur a penalty not exceeding $1,000.
