62. Penalty on person present at unlicensed distillation, etc.
Every person found in any room or place where unlicensed distillation or the making or preparing of wash, low-wines or spirits is proceeding shall incur a penalty not exceeding $2,000, and it is lawful for any officer or police officer to arrest and detain every person so found and to convey him or her before a magistrate to be dealt with.
