61. Penalty for permitting unlicensed distillation on premises

Every person who shall permit or knowingly suffer any unlicensed distillation of spirits to be carried on in any house, out-house, yard, garden, land or premises belonging to him or her or in his or her occupation shall incur a penalty not exceeding $1,000. (Amended by Act 2 of 1992)
