56. Distiller to provide accommodation for officer
Every distiller must provide at his or her distillery and at his or her warehouse, if any, to the satisfaction of the Comptroller of Excise, reasonable accommodation (other than board) for the proper officer, and in default of doing so shall incur a penalty not exceeding $500.
