4. Imposition and amendment of excise duties
It is lawful for the Cabinet by order to impose excise duties and to revoke, reduce, increase or alter any such duties and to provide for exemptions therefrom. However, all excise duties in force at the commencement of this Act continue in force until revoked, reduced, increased or altered, by order under this section.
