11. Transfer of licence
A licence may, on written application by the distiller be transferrable to any other person with the approval of the Comptroller of Excise, who shall endorse the licence accordingly, and in case of the distiller's death or bankruptcy the licence may on written application by his or her legal representative be similarly transferred to such representative.
