147. Proof of exemplifications of wills, etc. from outside Saint Lucia
All exemplifications of wills and letters of administration and guardianship, duly authenticated in the usual and customary manner in a country or State outside of Saint Lucia, shall be allowed, deemed and taken as proof of the original will, as if the original will had been transmitted to Saint Lucia and proved before the High Court and letters of administration and of guardianship had been here granted on it.
