6. Non-application of certain written laws

(1) The following Acts do not apply to the Bank—
1. (a) Banking Act;
1. (b) Moneylending Act; and
1. (c) Aliens Licensing Act.

(2) Despite subsection (1), the Bank shall not engage in banking business.
