2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank made on 27 May 1994, the text of which is set out in the Schedule;
“Bank” means the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank established under article 3 of the Agreement;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance;
“participating Government” means a Government which is a party to the Agreement.
