3. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Eastern Caribbean Asset Management Corporation, made on the 24th day of February, 2015, the text of which is set out in the Schedule to this Act;
“Article” means the Articles of the Agreement;
“Board” means the Board of Directors of the Corporation appointed and constituted under Article 64;
“Company” means Resolution Trust Corporation Limited established under the Companies Act of Saint Kitts and Nevis and registered as an external company under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda;
“Corporation” means the Eastern Caribbean Asset Management Corporation established under Article 3;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance.
