(1) The Foundation shall as soon as possible after the expiration of each financial year and in any case not later than 30 September in each year, submit to the Minister a report containing—
(a) a detailed account of its activities for the preceding financial year; and
(b) a statement of its audited financial statement and the auditors report thereon.
(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the reports referred to in subsection (1) to be laid in Parliament and published in the Gazette.
(3) The financial year of the Foundation shall coincide with the financial year of the Government of Saint Lucia.
