3. Power of Customs Officers
An officer of customs who finds any live fish other than live fish indigenous to Saint Lucia among any goods or baggage entering Saint Lucia shall, if the consent of the Governor General for the importation of the same has not been obtained, seize such live fish and destroy or cause the same to be destroyed.
