4. Power of Trustees to acquire property
The Trustees shall have full power to acquire for the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph de Cluny by purchase, exchange, demise, gift, bequest or otherwise movable or immovable property in Saint Lucia or any estates or interest therein and also any money, securities for money, goods or chattels whatsoever.
