2.   Appointment and incorporation of Trustees

  1.  

    (1)   The Mother Provincial of the Sisters of St. Joseph De Cluny in the British West Indies, of Trinidad, British West Indies, the Mother Superior of St. Joseph's Convent of Castries in Saint Lucia and the Sister Bursar of St. Joseph's Convent of Castries in Saint Lucia and their successors in office are hereby appointed Trustees of the Congregation in the Sisters of St. Joseph De Cluny in Saint Lucia and are hereby created a body corporate by the name of “the St. Joseph de Cluny” (hereinafter called the Trustees) and by that name shall have perpetual succession and shall and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in Saint Lucia and shall have and use a Common Seal provided that such Seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees

    (2)   The names and addresses of the persons holding the several offices referred to in the preceding subsection shall be notified to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
