Schedule
1. All that lot of land situate in the Town of Castries aforesaid measuring 180ft more or less along Micoud Street which bounds it on the North and 196ft more or less along Coral Street which bounds it on the East and 128ft along Brogile Street which bounds it on the West and bounded on the South by the property of Mrs. George Lloyd and of Samuel Stephen John and the Ave Maria School Lands described in paragraph 2 hereof. Together with all the buildings and outhouses erected thereon, the whole known as St. Joseph's Convent, and all other the appurtenances and dependencies thereof.
2. All that lot of land situate in the Town of Castries aforesaid measuring 66ft more or less along Broglie Street which bounds it on the West by 66 ft more or less in depth and bounded further on the North and East by St. Joseph's Convent described in paragraph 1 hereof and on the South by property of Heirs Flavius Fontenelle, Henry Jeffers, Samuel Stephen John and of Anne M. Gallion. The building erected thereon and known as the Ave Maria School is especially excluded herefrom it being the property of the Parish Priest of Castries.
