Every deed relating to a unit executed after the date of the recording of the relevant declaration shall include the following particulars—
(a) a description of the property including the instrument number of the declaration as registered in the Land Registry;
(b) the unit number or symbol of the unit and any other data necessary for its proper identification;
(c) a statement as to the user of the unit and any covenants, conditions and restrictions relating thereto;
(d) the unit entitlement.
